Customer Service Manager Jobs in Delaware

A Customer Service Manager oversees the customer service team and all customer service activities, ensuring that the team provides the highest level of customer satisfaction. They interact directly with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, or to provide assistance with products or services. Important skills for a Customer Service Manager include excellent communication and leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, the ability to handle stressful situations, and strong knowledge of customer service software and databases. Certifications in Customer Service Management, Leadership, or related fields are advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is often required. Some roles a person might hold before becoming a Customer Service Manager include Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Team Leader, or Customer Support Specialist.
