Customer Service Manager Jobs in Vermont

A Customer Service Manager oversees the customer service team and all customer service activities, ensuring that the team provides the highest level of customer satisfaction. Their responsibilities include developing customer service policies, managing and hiring team members, handling complaints, and analyzing customer service data to improve business operations.
