Customer Service Manager Jobs in Oklahoma

Important skills for a Customer Service Manager include excellent communication and leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, the ability to handle stressful situations, and strong knowledge of customer service software and databases. Certifications in Customer Service Management, Leadership, or related fields are advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is often required.
