Looking for a career with a fun company with a passionate purpose? The American Swim Academy is hiring in the East Bay! We are looking for a dynamic career-oriented Member Service Representative to join our team in Walnut Creek. Must be able to work some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities and Duties
Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Answering phones and making follow-up calls
  
  
• Enrolling swimmers
  
  
• Accurately entering data and completing member interactions using proficient computer and typing skills
  
  

The ideal candidate is friendly, enthusiastic, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

About Us

American Swim Academy has been teaching the Bay Area to swim since 1973. Our goal is to promote water safety, comfort, and stroke technique for all ages and all abilities. Year-round and small class ratios offer personalized instruction, 7 days a week. Our indoor pools are heated to a comfortable 92 and have been designed specifically for swim instruction .

Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school.
