Customer Service Representative TraxNYC - Midtown Manhattan

TraxNYC, a premier custom jewelry company located in the heart of New Yorks Diamond District, is looking for a professional and detail-oriented customer service representative to join our in-house team. This is a full-time, in-person role supporting our high-volume operation and diverse clientele. Previous customer service experience is required. Experience within the jewelry industry is preferred but not required.
