What Youll Do:Engage with customers at promotional events by answering questions, resolving concerns, and sharing event details
Act as a brand ambassador , ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every attendee
Assist with event setup, logistics, and registration , providing support throughout the event
Promote events and services to generate excitement and drive engagement
Record customer feedback and help improve service delivery through insights
Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to meet campaign objectives
High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred but not necessary)
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
A customer-first attitude and passion for helping people
Ability to multitask , stay organized, and maintain professionalism under pressure
A proactive, dependable team player eager to learn and grow
Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or events is a plus but not required
