Customer Service Representative I Closing Shift
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Pay rate: 17.50 per hour
Schedule: Tuesday Saturday | 11:00 AM 7:00 PM
Manpower is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team. In this role, youll play a critical part in ensuring that we deliver on our promise of exceptional service by supporting customers, business partners, and drivers. Youll be the friendly voice and helpful hand that keeps our operations running smoothly.
Your Day-to-Day:-
Assist customers and partners via phone and email

Professionally handle and resolve customer complaints

Troubleshoot and assess delivery or service-related issues

Monitor and track the progress of delivery routes

Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps

Process delivery order changes or cancellations
Minimum Requirements:

Experience using Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service setting

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
