We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual for the role of BPO SPE Voice. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in customer voice work. This is a work-from-home position with day shifts. The candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**

+ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.

+ Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

+ Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance.

+ Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.

+ Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.

+ Offer solutions and alternatives to customers in a timely manner.

+ Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service.

+ Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.

+ Adapt to new processes and technologies as required.

+ Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

+ Contribute to team meetings and share best practices.

+ Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

+ Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.

+ Exhibit a customer-centric attitude and a passion for helping others.

+ Have the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

+ Display a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

+ Be adaptable to changing work environments and processes.

+ Possess basic technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot minor issues.

+ Maintain a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.

+ Demonstrate the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.

+ Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

+ Have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.

**Salary and Other Compensation:**

Applications will be accepted until april 13, 2025.

The hourly rate for this position is between $18.00 23.00 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizants discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizants applicable plans.
