Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer & Customer Service Representative who can seamlessly blend creativity with customer support. This dual-role position will involve creating visually stunning designs for marketing and branding materials while providing top-tier service to our customers. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong background in graphic design and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Create eye-catching designs for a variety of marketing materials, including social media graphics, email campaigns, product packaging, advertisements, and website content.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop visual assets that align with the company's branding and strategic goals.
Edit and enhance images and videos to ensure they meet quality standards.
Stay up-to-date with design trends to keep the company's visual content fresh and engaging.

Customer Service:

Provide friendly and professional support to customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Assist with product or service-related questions, returns, and exchanges.
Maintain positive relationships with customers and deliver personalized experiences.
Document customer interactions and feedback for ongoing improvements.

Qualifications:

Graphic Design:

Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills (please provide a link to your portfolio).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) or similar design software.
Experience with web and social media design.
A good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

Customer Service:

Prior experience in customer service or a customer-facing role is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a calm, professional manner.
Familiarity with CRM systems, support ticket platforms, or similar tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a bonus.
Knowledge of print design and production processes.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
