Our client, a leader in the technology support industry, is seeking a Call Center - Pipeline Fiserv to join their team. As a Call Center - Pipeline Fiserv, you will be part of the customer support department, ensuring a seamless experience for clients using remote deposit and digital check scanner products. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

  • Respond to inquiries that are highly complex in nature and diagnose issues.
  • Support application, IT hardware, and software products.
  • Handle problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution steps.
  • Own issue resolution and coordinate with external resources including product development and external software and hardware partners.
  • Provide escalation level technical support.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Experience installing and troubleshooting software or hardware.
