Job Summary :
As a Customer Service Associate - Entry Level at Amplified Connections, you will play an important role in running community and retail-based events, outreach campaigns, and directly engaging with customers. This hands-on, dynamic, and fast-paced role requires you to manage day-to-day event operations, answer questions, and raise funds for nonprofit organizations. Key Responsibilities :
  • Educate the public : Share knowledge about nonprofit missions, goals, and the positive impact of their work, encouraging public support.
  • Fundraising : Assist in meeting fundraising goals to support various charitable endeavors and initiatives.
  • Event Logistics : Ensure the smooth execution of events by organizing supplies, signage, and event equipment.
  • Customer Engagement : Be the primary point of contact for event attendees, answering questions and providing helpful information.
  • Promote Participation : Encourage attendees to participate in events and related activities.
  • Collect Feedback : Gather insights and feedback from attendees to improve future events and fundraising strategies.
  • Track Donations : Accurately process donations and track contribution data.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with your team to ensure successful event execution.
  • Training & Mentoring : Participate in training sessions and assist in the development of new team members.
Qualifications :
  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent required. A bachelors degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Skills : Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong passion for customer service and supporting charitable causes.
  • Personality : Outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic, with a drive to help others.
  • Experience : Previous customer service, sales, or event coordination experience is a plus but not required.
  • Organizational Skills : Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Basic Math : Ability to process donations and track fundraising data accurately.
  • Commitment : Dedication to supporting nonprofits and promoting social good.
  • Transport : Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation as this is a traveling role.
