About the Customer Service Representative - Urgent Care Role:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! As the first point of contact for clients and patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience.
Schedule & Compensation
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 4p-12a
Compensation: Starts at $20.70/hr *includes shift differential
What Youll Do
- Providing a warm and friendly first impression to all clients and patients.
- Communicating with clients and the medical team in a clear, professional, and compassionate manner.
- Answering phones, managing client inquiries, and scheduling app ointments effectively.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating client information.
- Assisting with patient admits and discharges, as well as payment processing.
- Supporting the cleanliness and organization of the hospital, including the front desk and lobby areas.
- Multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow and excellent care.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with computers and phone systems.
- Basic understanding of veterinary terminology (or willingness to learn).
- Comfort being around animals and working in a pet-focused environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.
- Attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
