About the Customer Service Representative - Urgent Care Role:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! As the first point of contact for clients and patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience.

Schedule & Compensation

Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 4p-12a

Compensation: Starts at $20.70/hr *includes shift differential

What Youll Do

  • Providing a warm and friendly first impression to all clients and patients.
  • Communicating with clients and the medical team in a clear, professional, and compassionate manner.
  • Answering phones, managing client inquiries, and scheduling app ointments effectively.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and updating client information.
  • Assisting with patient admits and discharges, as well as payment processing.
  • Supporting the cleanliness and organization of the hospital, including the front desk and lobby areas.
  • Multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow and excellent care.
Requirements
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and phone systems.
  • Basic understanding of veterinary terminology (or willingness to learn).
  • Comfort being around animals and working in a pet-focused environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
