Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a key point of contact, you will assist clients with policy inquiries, claims processing, and administrative support as well as assisting agency sales staff with daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

• Assist customers with policy questions, coverage options, and claims processes.

• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and payments.

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in our system.

• Work closely with agents to support sales and retention efforts.

• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience (insurance experience a plus but not required).

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance management systems (preferred but not required).
